Refunds & Return Policy

Return Policy: All items are available for a full refund within 30 days from date of purchase as long as packaging is sealed and un-opened. Any items that have been opened are subject to, but will not necessarily, have a re-stocking fee applied between 10-20% depending on item and packaging. Consumable products for example, fishing line, are non-refundable once the package is opened. Special Order items may be returned for a full or partial refund depending on the manufacturer. On special orders we will honor the same return policy as the manufacturer of the product allows. 

*Rewards points will be forfeited on any items that are returned or refunded.

*Avid Angler rewards VIP tier members return policy is extended to 60 days. All other terms and conditions above apply. 

*Shipping costs are on the sender unless item is found faulty.

Instructions for Returns: We keep it simple! Simply send an email to thegulfpro@gmail.com with your Name, Order number, and reason for the return. We will respond ASAP to assist you with the return.
